Target audience
A majority of R&b fans are teenagers/young adults roughly between the ages of 13-25.This could be because of the explicit lyrics in some of the songs,majority of this age group are also females.It is usually females that are attracted to R&B music because female R&B artists stereotypically make songs about being in love or heartbroken-this is something that will appeal greatly to teenagers girls and young adults.The fast paced R&B songs will also involves a lot of fashion and synergy of music they are usually also interest in fashion.
The target audience of R&B males is also majority made up of females because they are portrayed in a very sexual way though their nudity and lyrics.females will find this appealing because usually they will also be physically attracted to the male artists.However some males will be attracted to the jewellery,naked women and depiction of wealth in these videos.
These teenagers are also usually from a black background because R&B comes from soul which would be something a majority of the young adults parents would listen to.

Final Magazine Advert Of My Artist
In this magazine advert i attempted to show the tone and theme of the artist's music through the images of himself in the magazine. Which has then allowed the audience to acknowledge the genre of artist music. The dark background was used to express the emotions of the artist and try to directly touch the audience that are being targeted.

Front Cover Of My Artists CD Case
The front cover of my artist CD tells the story when first seen and this was the type of effect i wanted to create. The theme colour of the CD is also used to express an emotional tone to the CD and convey to the audience what tYPe of song it is. I used the fade of the artist's lover in the air to express that she has become distant from the artist and in doing this as allowed the audience to also perceive this this sense of distance between the artist and his love. When looking at the CD cover is it is suited to the genre of music and will also be very obvious to the audience of the type of genre it is when observing the CD.
